Aislinn
O'Loughlin
Aislinn
O’Loughlin started writing books as a teenager with the
aid of her father, Larry O’Loughlin. She is well known for
her hilariously quirky and fast-paced reworkings of famous fairy
tales. Her first book, Cinderella’s Fella, was
written when she was only fourteen, A Right Royal Pain: The
True Story of Rumpelstiltskin (selected as a White Raven
book by international librarians), followed only a few months
later. The Emperor’s Birthday Suit and Shak
& the Beanstalk and Fionn the Cool were all
published by Wolfhound Press.
Aislinn
studied at University College Dublin and lives in Templeogue.
