Eoghan Rice Eoghan Rice was a staff News Reporter at the Sunday Tribune, having first joined the newspaper in 2000. He was educated at The High School in Dublin and holds an honours degree in Politics and Economics from University College, Dublin. He is an avid Rovers supporter and in 2005 he published his first book; We Are Rovers: A History of Shamrock Rovers. He was born and lives in Dublin. Homicide Murders and Manslaughter in 21st Century Ireland is his first True Crime publication for Merlin Publishing. John
