Larry O'Loughlin

Larry O’Loughlin is a storyteller and author of five books for younger children; he is also co-author of Our House, a non-fiction book for adults.

One of his titles for younger children, The Goban Saor, illustrated by John Leonard, was short-listed for the 1997 Bisto Book of the Year Award. His first book for teenagers, Is Anybody Listening? was published by Wolfhound Press, in 1999. Other Wolfhound children’s successes; Breaking the Silence and Worms Can’t Fly were also written by Larry. He lives in Dublin with his wife and family.
