Dr. Michael Gould

Dr. Michael Gould is an engineering historian based in Belfast and has published widely in the fields of general and historical civil engineering and local government administration. He is a former member of the Historic Buildings Council for Northern Ireland and is also a member of the Panel for Historic Engineering Works (PHEW).

Dr. Gould wrote Ireland’s Bridges in conjunction with Dr. Ronald Cox. To this day it is one of Wolfhound’s best selling titles.
