Nuala O'Connor

For nearly twenty years Nuala O’Connor has worked in broadcasting, in RTÉ, for nine years as a researcher and radio producer, and for ten years in the independent film sector, writing, producing and editing. Nuala is a founding partner of music documentary maker Hummingbird Productions and was for many years the traditional music reviewer for The Irish Times. As well as writing Bringing It All Back Home, she worked as assistant producer on the series, which won a Jacobs Award. Nuala won an Emmy award for writing a one-hour version of Bringing It All Back Home for the Disney channel in the U.S.
