Richard Lysaght

Richard Lysaght has been writing for years, primarily short stories. He has been successfully published on a number of occasions.

When not working for An Post and trying to coax words from a very stubborn pen, he likes to read fiction of all sorts, though I have a strong fondness for crime and mystery novels and in particular crime novels of the fifties and sixties.

He has more recently taken up jogging and is saving to buy himself a motorbike for a fast getaway, as he cannot find an organization - anywhere - that deals with parents who are mugged regularly by their children!

Richard Lysaght lives in Dublin and has three grown up children.

The Black Bag Mystery is Richard’s first children’s publication for Wolfhound Press.
